About Kari

I'm Kari, co-founder of GiveReferrals.

I have 20 years of sales and marketing experience and an MBA, and a career built on understanding what removes friction between salespeople and the clients who need them.

My co-founder Matt and I ran one of the largest Zillow Flex teams in Arizona. We processed over 150,000 leads. We saw exactly what works and what doesn't when an agent tries to convert a stranger into a client. We built GiveReferrals to give agents the infrastructure for warm referrals that never existed before.

Along the way, I learned that an agent's online presence is the make-or-break moment most people miss. Clients Google before they call. Other agents check profiles before they refer. AI assistants increasingly answer "who should I use" questions based on what's on those profiles.

I'm running these working sessions because the agents who've talked to me about their online presence all say the same thing: "I know what's broken. I just don't have time to fix it."

Will I be on a call with both of you?

Just me. Matt and I split responsibilities, and the working sessions are mine.

What if I don't have a Google Business Profile?

We'll set one up on the call. It's one of the most common scenarios and we have a clear path for it.

What if my Zillow or Realtor.com password is lost?

We'll start password recovery during the call and keep moving. If recovery doesn't come through in time, that platform goes on your homework list.

Do I get the bios in writing before the call?

Yes. Twenty-four hours before our session, I'll send you both versions (one long, one short) by email. Read them, sit with them, and bring any tweaks to the call.

Is the price going up?

The fifteen introductory spots are $349. After this batch, the price will be $499.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

Yes, before you submit the intake form. Once the intake is in, I start the pre-work, so the session is non-refundable from that point.

What if I have more questions before I commit?
