Most of my career was in pharma, landing as VP of Sales at a biotech company. With an MBA and years in marketing and leadership, I honed what I do best: seeing the problems other people miss, and building the system that fixes them.
That's what led me to real estate. Watching my sister, a top-producing agent, run a multimillion-dollar business on tools designed for hobbyists drove me crazy. Agents were doing some of the hardest work I'd ever seen, with almost none of the support to make it sustainable.
So I got my license, sold a few houses, and joined one of the largest teams in the country. That's where I met Matt, and we realized referrals were where we could really make a difference.
