How does the referral process work?

We've designed the process to be simple and transparent.

  1. Receive Notification: When a referring agent chooses you, you'll receive an email notification that you have a new referral.
  2. Subscribe & Unlock: If you're not already a member, you'll be prompted to subscribe to unlock the full client details. If you are a member, the referral's details are immediately available.
  3. Get Details & Agreement: The email notification includes the client's contact information, their needs, and a pre-drafted referral agreement.
  4. Sign & Send: Complete and e-sign the referral agreement, then send it to the referring agent for their signature.
  5. Track Your Progress: ‍The client is automatically uploaded to your GiveReferrals.com dashboard, allowing you and the referring agent to easily track the transaction status from first contact to closing.
How does the Founder's Club work?

The Founder's Club is a limited-time offer for the first agents who join GiveReferrals. As a Founding Member, you get a free subscription and will not pay the monthly membership fee until you receive your first referral from our platform. It's a no-risk way to be one of the first to receive high-intent referrals in your area.

How much does it cost to receive referrals?

Receiving agents pay a monthly subscription of $249. For each closed deal that originates from the platform, you pay a 25% referral fee to the referring agent. There are no hidden fees or long-term contracts.

How are referral agreements handled?

The platform facilitates the entire process. A draft agreement is automatically generated and sent with the referral notification. You can complete it, e-sign it, and send it to the referring agent for their signature, or you can use your own referral agreement template. Signed agreements are stored in your dashboard for easy access.

How do I track the status of my referrals?

Your tracking dashboard provides a clear, real-time overview of all your referrals. Update the status at key milestones (e.g., Met Client, Showing Homes, Under Contract, Closed) so both you and the referring agent have full visibility into the progress of the transaction.
