About Me

Houston is not one market. It is a network of very different neighborhoods, price points, buyer profiles, and investment dynamics. That local nuance matters, and it is something I have developed over more than two decades of working this market firsthand.

I operate as a solo agent by design so my clients receive direct access, clear communication, and hands-on representation from start to finish. A large portion of my business comes from repeat clients and referrals, which I believe is the strongest indicator of trust and service quality.

My background in lending gives me an added layer of analytical perspective. For sellers, I help evaluate pricing, preparation, and positioning decisions with a clear eye on return, timing, and risk. For buyers, I identify financing and appraisal issues early, structure competitive offers, and negotiate from a position of clarity rather than emotion.

I work across a broad range of client needs, including relocation, new construction, luxury homes, investment properties, and 1031 exchanges. I also hold the Accredited Buyer’s Representative designation.
