About Me

Customer service has been in my DNA for as long as I can remember. I'm a REALTOR with NorthGroup Real Estate, and I bring over 30 years of full-time real estate experience to every client I serve. Before transitioning into sales, I was a State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser and co-owned a successful appraisal firm. That foundation in property valuation, market analysis, and negotiation gives my clients a distinct advantage whether they're buying or selling.

I serve buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the Triad region of North Carolina, including Winston-Salem, Greensboro, High Point, and surrounding communities. I'm also licensed in New Jersey, which gives me cross-state reach for clients relocating between the Northeast and the Carolinas. I specialize in first-time homebuyers, relocation, and properties that need a little extra expertise, including foreclosures, fixer-uppers, and homes with complex appraisal or financing requirements.
