About Me

I started my career in a mortgage lending office, which gave me an early and deep understanding of how financing actually works. Knowing what makes a deal hold together and what makes it fall apart has shaped how I approach every transaction I take on.

Over 15 years I have helped buyers and sellers navigate one of the most competitive real estate markets in the country. I have been recognized with the Coldwell Banker International President's Circle Award, which places me among the top-producing agents in the Coldwell Banker network globally.

My specialties: I have extensive experience with VA loans and VA assumptions, and I am one of the go-to agents in Northern California for active duty and veteran buyers and sellers, whether they are buying their first home, selling their home with an assumable VA loan, or relocating on PCS orders. I also work closely with seniors navigating housing transitions and downsizing, investors, and clients in distressed situations including short sales and pre-foreclosure. Complicated transactions are where I tend to do some of my best work.

I am skilled at managing difficult negotiations, overseeing pre-market renovations, and staying calm when deals get hard. I prioritize quality over quantity, which means every client gets my full attention.

Outside of real estate, I am deeply connected to the communities I serve and committed to making this process as clear and stress-free as possible for every person who trusts me with it.

When you refer someone my way, they are going to feel that care from day one.

client feedback

See what they're saying

"Kimberly was extremely patient with us. We searched for a house in a 55+ gated community in Brentwood for six months, going house after house, and she was accommodating and helpful every step of the way. We were so impressed with her expertise and service that we listed our home in Pleasanton with her as well. After some interior remodeling and painting, we accepted an offer six days after listing that was way beyond our wildest dreams. She is thorough and caring. If I had another house to sell I would definitely list it with Kimberly."

Cyril K. - Past Client

"Kimberly didn't just help me buy a property, she helped me make a smart investment and feel at home. I couldn't be more grateful for her hard work and would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for a trustworthy, top-tier professional."

Andre R. - Past Client

"Kimberly was amazing. She helped me manage the renovations to get my home ready for market, spearheaded the sale, and then helped me find and move into my new home. She was on hand for anything I needed, 24/7, and she still checks in to make sure I have the support I need. I could not have asked for better service."

My Referral Promise

When you send a client to me, they receive expert guidance, honest advice, and dedicated service from start to finish. I take a quality-over-quantity approach, which means I am fully invested in every client I work with. Whether they are an active duty service member PCSing or veteran using a VA loan, a senior making a major housing transition, or someone working through a short sale or pre-foreclosure situation, I will handle it with the care and professionalism that reflects well on you.

My Communication Style

I am responsive, direct, and thorough. My clients always know where things stand and what to expect next. I am reachable by phone, text, or email, and I make a point of keeping referring agents informed throughout the process. I do not disappear if things get complicated. That is usually when I work hardest.
