Lukas is the team founder and leader. Born and raised in Indianapolis, he earned dual bachelor's degrees in Robotics Engineering and Automated Systems Engineering from Purdue University and built a successful career as an engineer for companies like Arconic Aerospace, GE Appliances, and a subsidiary of Toyota Industrial. After living in more than a dozen cities, he discovered his passion for Charlotte and traded corporate engineering for real estate. That analytical, systems-driven mindset now powers how the team approaches market research, pricing strategy, and client service.
Andrew is our Senior Buyer Specialist and has been helping people call Charlotte home since 2020. Originally from Jamaica and raised in Connecticut, he brings a unique blend of Caribbean warmth and northern energy to every client interaction. With a bachelor's degree in business administration and an accounting concentration, plus a background as a licensed massage therapist, Andrew brings meticulous attention to detail and a genuinely client-centered approach. He's a proud member of the Million Dollar Month Club and is a driving force behind the team's five-star client experience.
