I grew up on the Upper East Side and still choose to call it home. That is very much by design. I genuinely love this city, and that shows in how I work.
I have spent my career at leading luxury real estate brokerages in New York City, including Warburg Realty, where I spent many years advising buyers and sellers navigating the city’s complex residential market. I later became one of the founding advisors at Engel & Völkers New York City, helping introduce the brand to the Manhattan market while expanding my global referral network. Today I serve as a Senior Global Real Estate Advisor and Licensed Associate Broker with Sotheby’s International Realty.
Over more than two decades in the industry, my practice has always been rooted in data, strategy, and relationships, supported by a carefully cultivated global network that most agents simply do not have access to.
My clients range from first-time buyers navigating their first co-op application to seasoned international investors and institutions operating across multiple markets simultaneously. I also speak six languages—English, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Italian, and French—which allows me to work comfortably with an international client base.
What I bring to every transaction is a combination of deep local knowledge and a genuinely global perspective. I hold the New York Residential Specialist (NYRS®) designation—earned by approximately 3% of REBNY members—as well as Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE) and Certified Buyer Representative (CBR).
I currently serve on the Board of Directors of the New York Residential Agent Continuum and have long been active within the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY). My leadership roles there have included Co-Chair of the NYRS Executive Committee, member of the Residential Division Board of Directors, and Co-Chair of the Residential Sales Council. I am also a New York State continuing education instructor, teaching courses focused on New York City market trends, pricing strategy, and property valuation.
My market insights have been quoted in The New York Times, Forbes, Apartment Therapy, Brick Underground, U.S. News & World Report, and the New York Post, among others. I am also a contributing writer for Inman News, The Close, and Crain Currency, and was recognized as a RISMedia Real Estate Newsmaker in 2023.
Outside of real estate, I am a classically trained pianist and clarinetist, an arts advocate, and an avid traveler, experiences that continually shape how I think about cities, architecture, and culture. I also enjoy amateur photography, exploring great restaurants and cocktails across the city and around the world, and staying active with workouts—often at SLT or Equinox. I serve on the boards of East Midtown Partnership and Friends of Art and Design, and am a longtime volunteer with Destination Imagination. Most days you’ll also find me walking my Morkie, Hudson, through the same neighborhood I have called home my entire life.
