I bring an extensive background in sales, marketing, negotiation, relocation, and investing to every transaction, along with a deep knowledge of the Contra Costa County market that only comes from working it day in and day out for almost 40 years.
My team and I specialize in residential and income property sales throughout the San Francisco East Bay, with deep expertise across Contra Costa County communities including Lafayette, Moraga, Orinda, Pleasant Hill, Walnut Creek, Concord, Martinez, Danville, Alamo, and Clayton. I'm an expert with contract negotiations, risk management, disclosure laws, creative financing, and sophisticated investment strategies.
I also come from a background in residential construction, which gives me a practical eye that most agents don't have. Whether I'm helping a seller decide which renovations will yield the best return or walking a buyer through a property's condition, that construction knowledge pays real dividends. My real estate expertise is also captured in my co-authored book, "Get the Best Deal When Buying or Selling Your Home."

I provide real estate training courses for fellow Realtors on topics like negotiation strategy, social media marketing, and risk management. I'm also actively involved in local community events and serve as a Director of the Pleasant Hill Chamber of Commerce. I hold designations as an Accredited Consultant in Real Estate, Certified Residential Specialist, and Graduate of the Real Estate Institute, along with a Mastery of Negotiations certification from the University of San Francisco.
When I'm not working, you'll find me hiking and fishing in the Mount Lassen area, boating on Lake Almanor, or touring Northern California on my motorcycle.
