I came to Denver in 2009, bought my first home here, and fell in love with what homeownership can do for someone’s life. That experience is still at the center of everything I do.
My background isn’t the typical real estate origin story. I have a bachelor’s in psychology and a master’s in community development, plus years of B2B negotiation experience before I ever got my license. That combination means I understand people and process. I know how to read a situation, how to structure a compelling offer, how to price a home to sell, and how to keep a transaction together when things get complicated.
I hold the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute), and ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) designations; these are credentials that require advanced coursework, production minimums, and ongoing education. Fewer than 3% of agents in the country earn all three.
What I’m most proud of: over 75 five-star reviews across Google, Zillow, Realtor.com, and Facebook, and a business built almost entirely on repeat clients and referrals. My clients come back. Their friends call me. That’s not something you manufacture, it’s something you earn.
I live in the Berkeley neighborhood of Denver with my wife, Virginia, and our Havanese, Tally Bobbie. When I’m not working, I’m lifting weights, gardening for local food banks, catching live music, or exploring what this city has to offer. Denver isn’t just where I work. It’s home.
“Sallie made our home selling and buying process a breeze. Closed in ten days for each. She hustles and makes things happen quickly and effectively.”
“I’ve worked with Sallie on three different transactions and I’ll never work with another agent again. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I can’t speak enough to how good she is.”
“We started the process while still living across the country, and Sallie went above and beyond to make our home buying experience seamless. We were so fortunate to work with her.”
When you send a client to me, they get the same hustle and care that has earned me 75-plus five-star reviews. I will protect your relationship with them, keep them informed, and treat the referral like it came from someone I respect; because it did. Whether your client is relocating to Denver, buying their first home, upsizing, or looking for an investment property, I have the experience and the market knowledge to deliver. You’ll hear from me. Your client will feel taken care of. That’s the promise.
Direct, responsive, and Southern-honest (which means I’ll tell you what you need to hear, not just what you want to hear). I keep both clients and referring agents informed throughout the transaction. No radio silence, no vague updates. If something comes up, I deal with it and I tell you about it. Most of my reviews mention communication specifically, and that’s not an accident. It’s the part of this job I take the most seriously.
