With experience in residential sales, home renovation, and interior design, I offer a thoughtful, full-service approach that extends well beyond the transaction.
Originally from the mountains of North Carolina, I have called the Port City home for more than a decade. Before entering real estate, I spent nearly ten years as a high school American history teacher—a background that continues to shape the way I serve my clients. I believe in listening carefully, explaining each step clearly, and helping buyers and sellers feel informed and empowered throughout the process.
I work with clients purchasing and selling primary residences, investment properties, vacation homes, and new-construction homes throughout Wilmington and the surrounding coastal communities. My eye for design and hands-on renovation experience allow me to help buyers recognize a property’s potential and guide sellers in preparing their homes to make a strong impression. Whether I’m evaluating a home, coordinating improvements, or developing a personalized marketing strategy, I bring creativity, practical insight, and careful attention to detail.
Outside of real estate, I’m a lifelong equestrian who grew up riding and competing, and still enjoy spending time at the barn with my horse, Blossom. I’m also a proud new mom to a baby boy who often accompanies me on showings and appointments. When I’m not working with clients, you can often find me seeking out the newest local restaurant or cocktail bar, tackling DIY home projects with my husband, or relaxing on the couch with a glass of red wine and my two rescue French Bulldogs, Maddie and Birdie.
