I started investing in real estate at the beginning of the pandemic. Right when most people hit pause, I hit go. What I learned quickly is that the clients who need the most help aren't always the ones in the easiest situations. My niche evolved naturally into working with people in the middle of something hard: downsizing, divorce, inherited homes, probate. I've walked alongside clients during some of life's toughest moments, and I take that responsibility seriously.
I have specialized training in divorce mediation and household separation, which means I can serve as a steady, neutral presence for clients navigating a breakup. I understand both the emotional and logistical weight of selling a shared home or an inherited property, and I know how to move things forward without making a hard situation harder.
My background with a high-volume house-flipping operation sharpened my eye for what actually moves buyers. I know how to spot hidden value, recommend the right updates, and help sellers maximize their return without over-improving. I work with a trusted network of service professionals who can help get a home show-ready efficiently and affordably.
Outside of real estate, I'm a proud mom to my son Cruz, a rescue dog advocate, a bone marrow and blood donor, and a published author of three real estate books. My company, Lucky Dog Real Estate, blends my two biggest passions: helping people find the right homes, and helping rescue dogs find theirs. For every transaction I close, a donation goes to a dog shelter. My goal is to save 51 dogs: one for every meaningful real estate journey I guide. Oh, and yes, I've walked on fire. Twice.
When you send someone to me, they're going to feel the difference.
Tiffany took the time to show me many homes, listened to what I liked and didn't like, and stuck with me all the way through closing. Then at Christmas, I found a handmade ornament on my door — completely unexpected, and so personal. I would highly recommend this awesome, class-A lady to anyone looking for a new home.
I have worked with a few realtors in different states but Tiffany is by far the best. She has great follow through, is organized, and provides expert advice through every step of the process. Even as I had issues with the tenant in the house I was selling, she had an empathetic ear and good advice. She is wonderful.
I recently purchased my first home and couldn't have asked for a better agent. Tiffany was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and always available to answer questions and talk through options. Her genuine care gave me the confidence to make the right decisions, and she went above and beyond to make sure I felt supported throughout. She made the experience not only successful but truly enjoyable.
When you send a client to me, they are getting someone who shows up fully (for the transaction and for them as a person). I specialize in life-transition situations, which means I'm comfortable with complexity, patient with process, and committed to making sure your client feels informed and cared for at every step. I'll protect your referral relationship by treating them the way you would.
I'm direct, honest, and responsive. My clients always know where things stand, and I make sure there are no surprises. I communicate clearly and often: phone, text, or email, whatever works best. If something comes up, I deal with it. I don't let things sit.
