Arizona is our home market. When Matt and I were running one of the largest Zillow Flex teams in the state, we worked these neighborhoods every day. We watched what happens when a referral lands with the right agent and what happens when it doesn't.

The right agent in Phoenix is not the right agent in Tucson. The right agent in Scottsdale luxury is not the right agent in West Valley new construction. The East Valley is its own ecosystem. So is North Scottsdale. So is the Tucson foothills.

Geography matters in Arizona. So does specialization.

We currently have eight Arizona agents on GiveReferrals, covering the Phoenix metro from Buckeye to Cave Creek, the East Valley from Gilbert to Apache Junction, and greater Tucson. Each one has been vetted. Each one knows their corner of the state. Here's who they are, organized by region.

Tucson and Southern Arizona

Tucson is a different market from Phoenix. The pace is slower, the inventory is different, the buyer profile leans more toward retirees, University of Arizona families, and people who specifically chose Tucson over Phoenix. One team covers this region with deep local roots.

Greg Amado and Ryan Clarke are both native Tucsonans with Tierra Antigua Realty, serving the greater Tucson area including Oro Valley, Marana, Vail, and Sahuarita. Greg grew up on Tucson's south side and has lived in Armory Park, Barrio Viejo, West University, Jefferson Park, Sam Hughes, Vail, and now Casas Adobes. Ryan was born and raised on Tucson's east side. Between them, they've lived the Tucson experience from every angle. Greg brings a construction and finance background; Ryan brings hospitality and customer service. If your client is heading to Tucson, this is the team that knows every neighborhood by name.

Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and North Phoenix

The Scottsdale corridor is Arizona's most competitive market. Luxury inventory, second-home buyers, and a steady inflow of out-of-state relocation traffic. Three published agents anchor this region with different but complementary strengths.

Curtis Mitchell is a Phoenix native who has been working the Scottsdale and Paradise Valley market for over 14 years. He leads The Mitchell Group at SERHANT., is a top 1% agent in the Metro Phoenix Association of REALTORS, and has served on Berkshire Hathaway's invitation-only National ReThink Council. He's a Chairman's Circle Platinum agent with hundreds of transactions ranging from $50K raw land deals to $3+ million estates. Former collegiate basketball player, current youth basketball coach, and someone who treats every client like family.

Danielle Paluscio leads the AZ Premier Group at eXp Realty and has been in Arizona real estate for 22 years. Her team has closed over 300 transactions. She's a top 1% Arizona agent and a four-time eXp ICON, a designation that recognizes both production and cultural contribution. She works across buyers, sellers, relocation, luxury, new construction, and senior communities. National and global marketing reach matters in the Scottsdale market, where a significant share of buyers are coming from other states or countries. Danielle is built for that lane.

Casey Thompson grew up in Alaska working as a commercial fisherman, moved to Phoenix for flight training, and found his footing in real estate along the way. He's now with RETSY and serves Sedona, Scottsdale, Cave Creek, Carefree, Paradise Valley, and Phoenix. He sits on the Boards of Realtors in Sedona, Tucson, and WESERV in Phoenix. He brings a mix of high-ticket sales experience, calm problem-solving, and attention to detail that earned him this from a past client: communication was top-notch even from out of state. If your client is buying a Sedona getaway or a Scottsdale second home, Casey is the introduction.

The East Valley: Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Queen Creek

The East Valley is the fastest-growing region of metro Phoenix and one of the strongest relocation magnets in the country. Young families, tech workers from California, and out-of-state buyers chasing better value. Three published agents cover this corridor with overlapping markets but distinct profiles.

Susan Seiber leads Cactus Living AZ at eXp Realty and consistently ranks in the top 1% of Arizona Realtors. She's a Phoenix Magazine Top 50 Agent serving Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler, Tempe, Queen Creek, Phoenix, San Tan Valley, and Apache Junction. Her clients describe her as the most engaged and responsive agent they've worked with. The biggest compliment she gets is when someone sends her their mom, sister, or best friend.

Jessica Vukobratovich is an East Valley native at REAL, specializing in Gilbert, Queen Creek, Chandler, and Mesa. Before real estate she ran a successful business for 12 years, and that systems-driven approach shapes how she works listings and buyer searches. She knows the new-construction landscape down to builder incentives and upcoming developments, and she brings interior design and staging expertise to every seller engagement. If your client wants someone who knows where the next neighborhood is breaking ground in Queen Creek, Jessie is the one.

Gregory Scala is at eXp Realty serving Gilbert, Chandler, Queen Creek, Mesa, and Florence. He was born and raised in New York City and brings East Coast work ethic with Arizona hospitality. A former coach with a deep understanding of construction and trades, Greg spots quality and red flags most agents miss. He's patient by nature, which is why one client noted he stayed with them through nearly two years of back-and-forth without ever rushing. Great fit for first-time buyers, out-of-state relocations, and anyone who wants an agent who'll educate them through the process.

The West Valley: Litchfield Park, Goodyear, Buckeye

The West Valley is the new growth story of metro Phoenix. New construction is everywhere, prices are still accessible relative to the east side, and buyers are pouring in from California and the Midwest. One published agent owns this market.

Matt Caren is co-founder of The Caren Team at SERHANT., serving the West Valley for the past 13 years. He covers Litchfield Park, Goodyear, Verrado, Buckeye, Surprise, Avondale, Waddell, and Peoria. Over $100 million in career sales and 130+ 5-star Google reviews. He specializes in relocation, move-up buyers, and sellers looking to maximize their return. If your client is moving to the West Valley, Matt is the agent who has seen this region grow from sleepy suburb to one of Arizona's biggest absorption markets.

How to send a referral

Every Arizona agent on this list has gone through the GiveReferrals vetting process. Markets are capped at 2 to 5 agents per territory, which protects both the receiving agent and the quality of the experience your client gets.

When you create an account at app.givereferrals.com, you can submit a referral in 90 seconds. You'll be matched with one of the vetted Arizona agents in the destination market. You'll get tracked updates from first contact to closing. And you'll earn 25% of the gross commission when the deal closes.

One referral on a $450K Gilbert home is $3,375. One referral on a $1.2 million Paradise Valley home is $9,000. The math compounds quickly when you have a system instead of a Facebook group.

Arizona is open. Your client is moving. Send them to an agent who'll treat them right.
